A healthy spooky treat for Halloween that kids will love.

Method

  1. Boil some water in a saucepan. Place chocolate in a heatproof bowl and put on top of saucepan to melt the chocolate. Transfer to a piping bag or squeeze bottle when ready to decorate.
  2. Peel kiwis and cut in half, lengthwise. Using a melon baller cut out some melon balls. Peel bananas, cut some in half (keeping pointy ends for ghost heads) and others in straight chunks (for square ghosts). Peel clementines.
  3. If using, roll banana chunks in shredded coconut.
  4. Mix fruits to make skewers. Lay skewers on a serving dish. Using the melted chocolate, decorate fruits with eyes, hair and mouths. For the clementine pumpkins, cut out some small celery sticks and use as stems on top of clementines.
