These overnight oat jars are made using wholesome ingredients and are super tasty. Perfect for making ahead of time, try making at the weekend for a grab-and-go weekday breakfast.

Method

  1. The first thing to do is to prepare the oats. Do this by mixing the rolled oats with the chia seeds, adding the milk, peanut butter, maple syrup and cacao nibs. Stir well. Set aside to soak for at least 10 minutes or, for best results, keep in the fridge overnight.
  2. To decorate your breakfast jars, you can melt a bit of dark chocolate and, using a brush or just your clean fingers, draw a few chocolate strokes on the inside of the jar.
  3. Layer the overnight oats with the yogurt and top with some shredded chocolate or drizzle the left-over melted chocolate. Add a few peanuts on top and enjoy.
