Organic Amaretto Spritz

This easy cocktail recipe is made with amaretto, prosecco and grapefruit juice. It's a sparkling, festive and delicious cocktail!
Method
- Fill a large wine glass or highball with ice
- Pour over the amaretto
- Gently pour in the sparkling wine so that it doesn’t bubble over.
- Add soda water
- Decorate with an organic orange slice
There are different versions of this recipe, but if you love the flavour of Ameretoo/almond liqueur, then this spritz is for you. You can also add things like apple, grapefruit or lemon juice to suit your tastes. This version is made with Walcher’s fine Amaretto Deluxe Organic Liqueur.

- 3 parts quality organic Prosecco or sparkling wine
- 2 parts Amaretto Deluxe Organic Liqueur
- 1 part soda water
- ice
- 1 organic orange
