Raspberry & fig smoothie bowl

For a fruity and delicious breakfast try this colourful smoothie bowl. Swap Greek yoghurt for silken tofu for a dairy-free alternative.

Method

  1. Place frozen raspberries, banana, dates, Greek yoghurt and vanilla extract in a blender. Whizz until smooth.
  2. Pour into a serving bowl and arrange your toppings.
  3. Serve straight away.

  • 125g frozen raspberries
  • 1 banana
  • 4 dates
  • 125ml Greek yoghurt
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Toppings
  • 1 fig (quartered)
  • Small handful fresh raspberries
  • A few grapes
  • 1 tbsp granola
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tsp pumpkin seeds
