BBQ Grilled Stuffed Peppers

Ever wondered what to do with our grilled pepper add-in sauce?

Wonder no more – cause we are here to show you how perfectly it fits in with your BBQ plans for the summer!

Method

  1. Cook the rice (2:1 ratio of water to rice)
  2. In the mean time whilst rice is cooking, slice bell peppers in half and de-seed.
  3. Place hollow side of the bell pepper on grill.
  4. Grill peppers until charred.
  5. After rice has finished cooking, add the jar of grilled pepper and mix thoroughly.
  6. Stuff the rice into the peppers.
  7. Season with salt, pepper, parsley and drizzle mayo on top and there you have it! The perfect BBQ summer dish!

  • 100g Basmati White Rice
  • 1 jar Mr Organic Free From Grilled Pepper Stir-In Sauce
  • 2 Bell Peppers
  • Egg Free Mayo
  • Salt
  • Pepper and Parsley to taste
