Better Food independent retailer sets the sustainability bar high

Bristol based independent retailer Better Food, specialising in organic, local and ethical food and products, has released their first impact report this February.

It’s “critical that we and all businesses take a lead on changing our ways in order to minimise our negative and enhance our positive impacts”, said the founder of the chain, Phil Haughton. The business has maintained their organic certification since 1997 and chooses organic to make a meaningful impact to wildlife, farmers and animals.

The report outlines their sustainability initiatives and sets the goals for the future. Better Food is setting the bar high for all those retailers wanting to share their commitment to building a more sustainable future.
